Therapy for Moms (& Babies) & Parenting Support

Parenting can be joyful and challenging — and sometimes it feels overwhelming. I work with moms at every stage, providing a safe and supportive space to navigate the emotional ups and downs of motherhood.

For new moms, babies are welcome in session so you can focus on bonding while receiving guidance and support. I help moms experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, or the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent.

I also support parents of children of any age, helping strengthen connections, manage challenges, and build confidence in your parenting.

For moms hoping to work through birth trauma and want to book a longer EMDR session, please inquire by email or phone.

I offer expressive arts therapy, ERP (exposure & response prevention), and traditional individual therapy for adults, young adults, and teens.

Expressive arts therapy is a creative approach that helps you process trauma, anxiety, or life transitions through art, movement, and other forms of expression. It encourages self-exploration and emotional expression in a safe, supportive environment.

If expressive arts therapy isn't your style, traditional talk therapy or walk-and-talk sessions are always an option. Together, we'll find the approach that feels right for you.

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing your condition for years — even without a diagnosis — this space offers understanding, support, and connection to help you navigate your journey.

Your experiences matter, and support is here when you need it. This is an online drop-in group for adults living with chronic illnesses and autoimmune conditions.
