Individual therapy can help you improve your everyday life. It is a private space just for you where we can work together to explore your biggest hurdles. My goal is to help you "reframe" your reactions, explore and understand yourself more deeply, and build the life you dream of in a positive and empathetic space. I also provide parenting support through a mindful parenting lens.

Expressive art therapy incorporates art, writing/poetry, dance/movement, drama, and music therapies. This type of therapy integrates all of the above arts in a safe and non-judgmental setting. This type of therapy helps facilitate personal growth, healing, and resilience by exploring your inner realms through art,  and learning how to express you feelings.

These types of therapy help clients with anxiety, obsessions, compulsions, and avoidance behaviors. The goal is to help the clients live the life they want.
