Kid's Drawing

Child Therapy - Ages 5 to 11

Play-based and expressive arts therapy engages the child and allows them to freely express themselves in a natural way. Through play, a child works out their problems and can better explore their relationships using their own language. Having studied expressive arts therapy, I cater every session to each child's individual needs, likes, and skills.

Expressive Arts Therapy

"Art speaks where words are unable to explain."

All Ages - children and adults

Expressive art therapy incorporates art, writing/poetry, dance/movement, drama, and music therapies. This type of therapy integrates all of the above arts in a safe and non-judgmental setting. This type of therapy helps facillitate personal growth, healing, exploring your inner realms through art,  and learning how to express you feelings.

Individual Counseling

We all need a little room to breathe

Ages 19 +

Individual therapy can help you improve your everyday life. It is a private space just for you where we can work together to explore your biggest hurdles. My goal is to help you "re-frame" your reactions, explore and understand yourself more deeply, and build the life you dream of in a positive and empathetic space.

Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)

For OCD, Panic, Phobias, & Anxiety

ERP is a behavioral therapy that helps expose clients to specific situations that provoke their obsessions and causes distress. This type of therapy helps prevent the compulsive responses and behaviors. The goal of ERP is to help the client free themselves from their cycle of obsessions and compulsions in order for them to be able to live the life they want.

"It is in playing and only in playing that the individual child or adult is able to be creative and to use the whole personality, and it is only in being creative that the individual discovers the self."
