Child Therapy - Ages 5 to 11
Play-based and expressive arts therapy engages the child and allows them to freely express themselves in a natural way. Through play, a child works out their problems and can better explore their relationships using their own language. Having studied expressive arts therapy, I cater every session to each child's individual needs, likes, and skills.

Adolescent Therapy - Ages 12 - 18
Are you a teen struggling right now? Do you need some extra support? I use a combination of therapeutic modalities and expressive arts therapy while working with teens to help them better cope and manage anxiety or other difficulties in life.

Group Therapy - High School
Mondays 6-7:30pm
Ages 14 - 18
This is a great adjunct to individual counseling for teens or a teen who might be struggling with anxiety and stress around school, peers, family members, COVID, etc. This group focuses on building self esteem, self advocacy, communication skills, resilience, perfectionism, peer relationships, body image, stress, boundaries, and social media.

Expressive Arts Therapy
"Art speaks where words are unable to explain."
All Ages - children and adults
Expressive art therapy incorporates art, writing/poetry, dance/movement, drama, and music therapies. This type of therapy integrates all of the above arts in a safe and non-judgmental setting. This type of therapy helps facillitate personal growth, healing, exploring your inner realms through art, and learning how to express you feelings.

Individual Counseling
We all need a little room to breathe
Ages 19 +
Individual therapy can help you improve your everyday life. It is a private space just for you where we can work together to explore your biggest hurdles. My goal is to help you "re-frame" your reactions, explore and understand yourself more deeply, and build the life you dream of in a positive and empathetic space.

Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)
For OCD, Panic, Phobias, & Anxiety
ERP is a behavioral therapy that helps expose clients to specific situations that provoke their obsessions and causes distress. This type of therapy helps prevent the compulsive responses and behaviors. The goal of ERP is to help the client free themselves from their cycle of obsessions and compulsions in order for them to be able to live the life they want.
