Play is a child's natural language.
Children often communicate through play, movement, creativity, and imagination long before they can put their experiences into words. Using play and expressive arts, therapy becomes a safe place where children can explore emotions, develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in developmentally appropriate ways.
Every child is unique. My goal is to understand your child's strengths while supporting the challenges that brought your family to therapy. Parents are active partners throughout treatment through collaboration, education, and ongoing support.
I believe parents are the experts on their children. By working together, we can better understand your child's emotional world, celebrate their strengths, and build practical tools that support growth both in and outside of therapy.
